Description

Q -- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, Colorado 80239 is currently negotiating a three year contract with Total Longterm Care for a Program All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This service is to be provided to veterans in the Arapahoe, Adams, Denver, and Jefferson Counties in Colorado. A comprehensive long term care benefit package of both traditional Medicare and Medicaid services, including any home and community based services as defined by the Colorado State Medicaid Plan. This is a twenty-four hour, seven day a week service. All other interested parties who can provide this service may submit their request to Willia L.
