Description

Q -- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, Colorado is currently seeking a provider to provide the following services: Home Health Aide; Homemaker; Personal Care Provider; Home Infusion Therapy; and Hospice Care. This will be a five-year contract consisting of one base year, and four one-year renewal option year terms. Solicitation will be available on or about May 21, 2001.
