- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to award a sole source contract to IIT Research Institute, Chicago, IL. This contract will continue Interference Mitigation of the Extremely Low Frequency System located in Wisconsin and Michigan. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
