Description

The project work site is the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans (AIRSTA NOLA), located at 400 Russell Avenue, Building 309, New Orleans, Louisiana. The project work consists of replacing asphaltic and Portland cement concrete pavements of the parking lot, roadway and apron; restriping the parking lot and providing miscellaneous site drainage and electrical work. The estimated price range of the complete project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Solicitation issue date May 28, 2001. Bid opening date June 27, 2001, 2:00 pm EST. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 234110, Highway and Street Construction, with size standard of $27.5 million. Bid guarantee, payment and performance bonds are required.
