Description

Contractor is to furnish all labor, tools, equipment and for miscellaneous site rehabilitation at USCG Station at Grand Isle, LA. Work includes but is not limited to the following: a) Flammable Storage Building: Selected demolition of existing exterior doors with frames, and existing asphalt, shingle roof, install fiberglass exterior doors and frames; install asphalt shingle roof system; replace electrical wiring, switches and light fixtures with explosion proof materials and equipment. Provide four wall exhaust fans and accessories to serve each room within the building and b) Small Boat Fueling System: Install Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Fuel Dispenser System with enclosure. Contractor shall supply and install a concrete slab, piping, valves and fittings along with all associated electrical work. This solicitation is being issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The performance period is 60 calendar days. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) Code is 233320. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipts of $11.5 million. A Payment Bond is required prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed. All bid requests must be submitted in writing, and may be faxed to (305)278-6696. No telephone requests shall be accepted.
