- NSWCCD Philadelphia intends to acquire through sole source negotiations the services of Oregon State University (OSU). OSU shall provide all labor, personnel, and material necessary to develope a motor coil and insulation facility and establish an experiment test plan in support of motor coil testing. All responsible sources requesting a Request For Quotation shall do so by fax ONLY. Offers made in accordance with NUMBER Note 22 will be considered by the above activity. See Note 22
