Description

The Upstate VA healthcare Network, (Network #2) Albany, NY is seeking qualified firms who possess the ability and capability to provide econometric analyses of date generated from Department of Veterans Affairs. Data analysis will include: identifying and accessing data sources, manual and electronic data collection, providing descriptive statistics, testing hypotheses, producing forecasts, interpretation of statistical tests, and ad hoc consulting and training for VA data analysts. Firms must have the capability of providing onsite econometrists to the any of the five (5) Network #2 medical facilities located in Albany,NY; Bath,NY; Buffalo,NY; Canandaigua,NY; and Syracuse, NY. Interested offerors are requested to give written notification of thier interest, including all pertinent data relative to their qualifications and capability for providing econometric analyses of various healthcare programs and/or functions. This is a market research to identify potential sources for this requirement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete these requirements based upon the responses to this Notice are solely within the discretion of the Government.
