Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the repair of a kineto tracking mount. This requirement is sole sourced to Brashear LP, 615 Epsilon Dr. Pittsburgh, PA for proprietary data and documentation. Any firms believing that they can provide the repair of the Kineto Tracking Mount may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
