Description

Removal classify, package, transport and dispose of a variety of hazardous laboratory waste at an EPA-Approved incinerator or Approved recycling site. The packageing is estimated at a minimum of five (500) hundred lbs. per request. Laboratory waste includes flammable, corrosive, toxic, oxidizing, heavy metals, batteries, and miscellanous waste. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to handle hazardous waste. There may be a request for an on-site consultant for special handling of hazardous materials for interim storage (if applicable). Removal of hazardous waste will be at two (2) NIOSH locations in Cincinnati, Ohio. All responsible sources may submit a written quotation which if received timely will be considered. This is a small business set-aside. Only written requests directly from the requestor will be accepted. You may FAX your request to the following number: 513-533-8283, Attn: Cheryl A. Ball.
