Description

Y153 -- Furnish all labor, material, parts and travel to remove old EPDM wall flashing and install new firetone metal flashing Torch-on membrane for wall flashing. Install PVC termination bar at top edge of flashing sheet to be anchored every 6" on center with 1 1/2" concrete nails. Calk top edge of termination bar with valcum number 626 flash curbs and projection that have EPDM. Contractor's are encourage to visit the job site before completing the Solicitation package. Leaks to be repaired in building numbers 31-720-31-730, and 33-620, Production area. Qty: three (3)jobs, SIC Code Y153/235610, F.O.B Destination, Pine Bluff, Arsenal, Arkansas. Solicitation DAAD21-01-T-0043 will be issued o/a 31 May 2001, and will close o/a 18 June 2001. This Solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
