Description

This project will require the contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, management and quality control to construct a General Office Building (#25), at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Artesia, NM. The work includes construction of a three story, 47,803 square foot (SF) office building with landscaping and parking lot. The building will include 181 separate offices, reception/lobby area, conference rooms, lounge/multi-purpose rooms, break/restrooms, copy/mail/supply rooms, mechanical/electrical/janitorial areas, horizontal and vertical circulation and other auxiliary rooms. The estimated project cost range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This project is being solicited utilizing a negotiated (Best Value) acquisition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15, Contracting by Negotiations. Discussions with the offerors responding to the solicitation are anticipated. The solicitation, with evaluation criteria, will be available on/or about June 1, 2001. Cost Proposals and Technical Proposals will be due on/or about July 9, 2001, at 4:00 p.m. to the following address: Department of the Treasury, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Procurement Division, Attn: Linda R.
