Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 a sole source agreement with Lafayette Instrument Company to procure the following: Item 0001: Model LX 3000-SW computerized polygraph system (qty 15 ea.); Item 0002: Model 76872 collapsible/portable polygraph chair (qty 15 ea.); Item 0003: Model LX-1575 Pentax Pocket Jet II portable thermal printer (qty 13 each); Item 0004: Model LX-1575STD Paper holder (for the Pentax Pocket Jet II thermal printer) (qty 13 ea.); Item 0005: Model LX-1575TCP thermal chart paper (qty 60 ea.). System must operate under Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, and 2000. Shipping must be FOB Destination to Sterling, VA 20166. No solicitation package is available. No telephone requests or inquiries will be accepted. This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside and award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Awardee must complete a SF-3381 ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. All interested parties must submit a quote by May 18, 2001, 3:00PM (Washington, DC local time). Award will be made to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government and meets the requirement listed on an all or none basis.
