Description

Furnish paper grocery bags to the Commissary locations within the Eastern Region, Mid-Western Region, and Western Pacific Region of the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). DeCA is soliciting firms that have the capability of furnishing an electronic means by which the individual stores can place orders and pay for orders with their credit cards directly to the contractor. Delivery is to be made within 10 working days after receipt of order. The Eastern Region shall be divided into two geographic areas: Southern Area and Northern Area. The Southern Area is comprised of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The Northern Area is comprised of Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine. The Mid-West Region is comprised of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico, the Western Pacific is comprised of Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Idaho and Montana. Contractor shall be responsible for deliveries to the individual commissary location. Evaluation of offers will be on an "all or none" basis per geographic area. A Firm-Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Requirements Type contract with a six month Economic Price Adjustment is contemplated. Period of performance will be 1 July 2001 through 30 June 2002 (including one option period).
