Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA) on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is seeking responses from all universities and colleges to provide services for the continued development of an Urban Terrain Zone (UTZ) database. The database will provide a graphical representation of all-source data on select urban area, to include the use of Urban Terrain Zones (UTZ) and city infrastructure data. This will be a six month effort that will concentrate on the production of Urban Terrain Zones (UTZ) for cities in selected countries, a key geospatial urban analytical data needed to support the full range of operational planning. The performance period for this effort will be six months. Respondents to this synopsis interested in receiving the solicitation document have 15 days from the publication date of this notice to request a copy.
