Description

BUSHING/BEARING REMOVAL INSTALLATION SET, STAB/PYLON) Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division has a requirement for the following item in support of the H-60 Helicopter: Bushing/Bearing Removal Installation Set, Stab/Pylon (P/N 79799-77340-042) (NIIN: 012423705) quantity 34 each. The Government intends to procure this under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Stratford CT is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the required item. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which may be considered by the government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses should reference N68335-01-R-0248. Information should be received no later than 25 May 2001. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. No solicitation package will be available.
