Description

Contractor to provide maintenance/service for the Foxboro Control System and IWTP which is located at building 1485 at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA 23709. Planned Sole Source Procurement with, The Foxboro Company, 9225 Forsyth Park Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273. This procurement will be accomplished through commercial item procedures. A complete RFQ (N00189-01-T-0632) package is available upon request in writing by Fax (757-443-1333/1389). When requesting a copy of RFQ (N00189-01-T-0632), contractor must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Period of performance is from June 01, 2001 through May 31, 2002. At a minimum, responsible sources should provide this office: a price proposal on letterhead, OR the RFQ N00189-01-T-0615 for the requested item with its unit price, extended price, prompt payment terms, remittance address, duns number, and cage code.
