Description

Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-98-G-5418 was issued on 17 December 1997 for a not-to-exceed amount of $30,000,000 covering a three-year period. In June 2000, the BOA was extended for a one-year period in accordance with DFARS 216.703. CLIN 0001 is for material and services for AN/UYA-4(V) and AN/UYQ-21(V) Navy Tactical Data Systems Equipment including training, design, fabrication, and preparation of field change kits and other equipment changes which may include installation support. CLIN 0002 is for providing or performing restoration, repair, maintenance, installation of field changes and modifications, and overhaul of AN/UYA-4(V) and AN/UYQ-21(V) Navy Tactical Data Systems Equipment. CLIN 0003 is for providing or performing audit survey/removal support and reinstallation support. CLIN 0004 is for providing logistic support documentation and services. CLIN 0005 is for the Mentor-Prot g Program in support of the AN/UYA-4(V) and AN/UYQ-21(V) Navy Tactical Data Systems Equipment. This BOA is utilized on a sole-source basis with Raytheon Company (formerly Hughes Aircraft Company), 1847 West Main Road, Portsmouth, Rhode Island 02871-1087. Delivery is specified in individual job orders. This synopsis satisfies the BOA requirement to issue a synopsis for job orders on a semi-annual basis. See Commerce Business Daily numbered Note 22.
