- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number F38610-01-T-0011 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. The resulting award is set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE Program. The NAICS/SIC is 484210/4212 with a 18.5M size standard. The 437th Supply Squadron requires moving services in order to relocate from building 611 no later than 1 June 01. The following services are required (1) Move office furnishings from various areas within building 611 to building 302. Items include, but are not limited to, desks, credenzas, tables, chairs storage cabinets, filing cabinets, sofas, refrigerators, microwaves, televisions and video recorders, (2) Disassemble, move and reassemble Space-Save moveable shelving system using existing sub-floor, tracks, shelving, carriages, wheels, end panels and hardware, and (3) Disassemble, move and reassemble systems furniture manufactured by Pelion. System furniture is located in two areas in the supply building (611). One area has eight (8) workstations and one (1) counter workstation and the other area has eleven (11) workstations and one (1) counter workstation. When reassembled the two work areas will be relocated to three separate work areas located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of building 302. Floor plans of the new work areas will be provided. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror-Commercial Items (Nov 1999) is incorporated by reference and applies to solicitation; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (May 1999) are incorporated by reference and apply to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive orders-Commercial items (Feb 2000) are incorporated by reference, however, for paragraphs (b) and (c) the following clauses apply: FAR 52.222-25 Affirmative Action Compliance, FAR 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity, FAR 52.222-35 Affirmative Action Disable Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era, FAR 52.222-36 Affirmative Action for Disabilities, FAR 52.222-37 Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era, FAR 52.232-33 Payment of Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside; DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration and DFARS 252-225-7001 Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program are incorporated by reference and apply to this solicitation.
