Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for services to perform asphalt and concrete repairs to the parking lot at its Andrew W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center, 26 West Martin Luther King Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials and labor to perform the repairs. In order to maintain normal building operations and adequate parking, some work may have to be scheduled outside normal laboratory working hours and/or on weekends. The work will mainly consist of replacing deteriorated base and surface areas estimated to be 434 square yards. A site plan will be provided with the Request for Proposals (RFP) and the RFP will explain how to arrange for a site visit. All work shall be completed within 60 days from receipt of notice to proceed. A firm-fixed price type contract is contemplated. The estimated price range is under $30,000. This is an unrestricted acquisition and contract award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
