Description

This works involves restoration and rehabilitation of a fire damaged building. Work shall include but is not limited to: demolition and repair of floors, walls and ceilings; removable and replacement of concrete steps; replacement of wooden sills; replacement of exterior doors and windows; replacement of all attic insulation and portions of exterior wall insulation, and miscellaneous carpentry. This work will take place at the Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge, Queens, New York. This solicitation is open to small and large businesses. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
