28 -- FAN TEMPERATURE SENSOR SOL F34601-01-Q-Z5560 DUE 070201 OC-ALC/PKXDA TINKER AFB OK 73145-3015, For additional information contact John Groth/Lpdpb/[405]739-4427 Item 0001 NSN 2840-01-191-1818PR P/N: 8901-276, P/N 1269M86P01 (GE), This sensor has a helium filled sensing coil and sensing bellows attached to a metering valve. It has a complex geometry consisting of various shapes and angles. This sensor has two external connectors that attachh to the air liner of the fan casing. the overall dimensions of the sensor body are approximately 3.00 x 4.39 x 2.40 inches. The overall dimensions of the sensing coil are 7.19 x 2,75 x 2.75 inches. The material to manufacture this sensor is aluminum Mil-A-8625 and numerous metal alloys. The function of this sensor is to read fan discharge temperature and regulate airflow pressure entering the compressor has a function of this temperature. 59ea. Applicable to: F16-C/D Aircraft.
