- SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DTCG23-01-R-THA089, which is a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25. NAICS code is 334111. Requirement is for twelve (12) workstations and six (6) 4-processor 19_ rack mountable servers with RAID storage systems. This requirement also includes peripherals, and three (3) years of 7 x 24, four (4) hour service support. Delivery date is 30 days after date of order; FOB is at destination. There are three (3) places of delivery as follows: two (2) servers and six (6) workstations shall be delivered to USCG NAVCEN, Alexandria, VA 22315; two (2) servers and three (3) workstations shall be delivered to: USCG C2CEN, Portsmouth, VA 23703; and two (2) servers and three (3) workstations shall be delivered to USCG NAVDET, Petaluma, CA 94952. The vendor shall install, assemble, and test all equipment at each site prior to USCG acceptance. Award will be made to the one (1) contractor submitting the lowest priced quote that is technically acceptable. Contractors must provide product literature, which will be compared against the technical requirements to determine acceptability. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors _ Commercial; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications _ Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions _ Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders _ Commercial Items. Responses shall include relevant pricing and warranty information.
