Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Washington, intends to award a competitive contract for Amniotic Fluid Testing services. These services will include but shall not be limited to courier pickup, specimen handling/retention, client services and telecommunications systems, (print and fax results) in accordance with the Statement of Work provided by the National Naval Medical Center, (NNMC), Bethesda, MD. The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC), 8901 Wisconsin Avenue, Bldg 10, 6th Floor, Mother Infant Care Clinic, Bethesda, MD 20889-5600. The resultant contract is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Price Services, IDIQ contract with a base year period beginning from the date of award through 30 September 2001 and four (4) one-year options. FAR 52.217-8 "Option to Extend Services" and FAR 52.217-9 "Option to Extend the Term of the Contract" will be included in this contract. Delivery will be FOB Destination.
