Description

Purpose of this project is to replace exisitng wood-frame windows in a Forest Service Office building. Intent is to increase the buildings' energy efficiency while maintaining the original architectural appearance. Project is located on the Pikes Peak Ranger District, El Paso County, CO, Pike & San Isabel National Forest. Contract time is 60 calendar days. Estimated bid range is between $25,000-$100,000. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency.
