Description

Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Gatan Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis, for the purchase of 1 Liquid helium SEM cold stage (5K to 300K) with manually operated replacement x-y-z stage, including temperature controller and HE-transferring line specially designed to fit an existing SEM Model ISI-SS40, part #UKCF302, 1 EBIC measurement and measuring manual system including sample holder and electrical connection, part #UKEBIC, and installation and training. Sole source is based on compatibility to existing equipment.
