Description

SPAWAR Information Technology Center (SITC) intends to issue a sole source maintenance renewal contract on government owned software to Tivoli Systems Inc., 9442 Capital of Texas Hwy. North, Austin, TX 78759 for the proprietary Tivoli Problem Management software, which includes Unlimited Users of Admin Seat and Unlimited End Users. Tivoli remains the exclusive owner of the development of Tivoli Problem Management software and is the sole source provider for maintenance of the product.
