Description

Amendment 01 to PRDA-01-07-MLK is as follows: (1) Section A: Statement of Problem/Objective, paragraph 2. Deliverable Items, subparagraph a. Data Items, item (h) Scientific and Technical Reports, Contractor's Billing Voucher, DI-MISC-80711/T is a monthly report. (2) Section C: Proposal Preparation Instructions, paragraph 1.b. Notice to Foreign-Owned Firms is hereby changed to read as follows: Such firms are asked to immediately notify the Contracting Point of Contact cited above before deciding to respond to this announcement. This acquisition involves data that are subject to export control laws and regulations. Only contractors who are registered and certified with the Defense Logistics Services Center (DLSC) and have a legitimate business purpose may participate in this solicitation. Contact the Defense Logistics Services Center, 74 Washington Avenue N., Battle Creek, Michigan 40917-3084 (1-800-352-3572) for further information on the certification process. You must submit a copy of your approved DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, with your proposal. All other information in the PRDA remains unchanged.
