- The Marine Corps Systems Command proposes to procure the continuing study of blunt impact modeling which includes initial non-penetrating projectile scooping effort, development of objective metrics for animal studies, constitutive model and parameter sensitivity study (to include clothing effects), in vitro study on animal preparations, and whole animal validation study.
