Description

Head Start of Greater Dallas is soliciting proposals on a free and open competitive basis from a qualified construction project manager or management firm to oversee and provide all bid services for contrators, construction plans, and "turn-key" construction/renovation at multiple locations for the Head Start organization located in Dallas County. The successful offeror or offerors are expected to provide for a services contract commencing on the date of the award and continuing for one (1) year (or until all projects are completed) and, if necessary, a one (1) one-year option which may extend the period for performance to a total of two years.
