Destination to New Cumberland, PA. Item Number 0001AA requires two bids, (1) Bid A, With FAT, and (2) Bid B, No FAT required. Required delivery when First Article Testing(FAT) is applicable is 270 days after contract award. When First Article Testing (FAT) is not applicable delivery due 180 days after award of the contract. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.
