The extruder must have a vent and 2 injection ports with plugs and needs a liquid injection adapter and 2 vent adapters. The pressure should be measured upstream from the die (1-100 bar) and the die should be a single-hole strand die. The units must come with a full strand line including waterbath, airknife and fixed length strand pelletiser. The system must have a vacuum venting system and needs spare screw elements for re-configuration. There must to be output to record the screw speed, percent torque, pressure and temperature water chiller unit must be included for the system. Extruder must have at least a one-year warranty on parts and labor. This amendment #0001 is also issued to EXTEND the inquiries due date FROM 11 May 2001 TO 23 May 2001.
