Description

This is a sole source procurement IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). The Huntington District intends to negotiate a contract with Ohio State University Research Foundation for a water quality modeling and stream biota survey for Upper Big Darby Creek, Columbus, Ohio. Tasks will include stream flow and water quality sampling, laboratory analysis, precipitation, survey of stream and biota and the development of a data storage system.
