- This is a sole source procurement IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The Huntington District intends to negotiate a contract with West Virginia University, Division of Forestry for a telemetry study for the Kanawha River. Tasks will include quarterly hydroacoustic surveys, data transformation, radio transmitter implantation, model development and model testing.
