- Description
- The Tucson Area Indian Health Service proposes to enter into a contract with Southern California College of Optometry to provide resident optometric services in conjunction with the IHS optometry residency program. Services are to be provided to eligible American Indian and Alaskan Natives at the PHS Sells Indian Hospital, Sells Arizona. Proposed effective date: 01 July 2001 thru June 30, 2002, with two one-year options. See Numbered Note 22
