Description

Medical Services for the period July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002 for the Job Corps Students. Services are to be provided at the Oconaluftee clinic two days per week at four hours per clinic. Also required will be office for services outside of the clinic hours within 60 miles and hospital admitting privileges at local hospital. Must provide copy of professional license when submitting quote.
