Description

TRADOC Acquisition Center (TAC) will be issuing solicitation DABT60-01-R-0005 on or about 01 June 2001 for an A-76 Commercial Activity Study for Adjutant General (AG), Military Personnel Division (MPD) functions at Fort Jackson, S.C. The Fort Jackson requirement solicits the contractor to perform services relating to Information Management and Automation Support, Personnel Strength Accounting, Perform SIDPERS-3 Operations, Maintenance and Training, Process Personnel Records, Support Processing for the MOS/Medical Retention Board (MMRB), Provide Administrative Services Support, Personnel Processing, Process Personnel Actions, Personnel Manning, Casualty Management, Provide Transition/Separation/Retirement Support, Conduct Soldier Readiness Process Support, Supply Operations. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAISC) is 561110 with a size standard of $5M. This procurement is a cost-plus-award-fee and is Full and Open Competition (unrestricted). This is an A-76 Study conducted under OMB Circular A-76 utilizing Formal Source Selection. Oral presentations will be part of the evaluation process in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. The apparent successful offeror will compete against a Government In-House "bid". If contracted, the services will include a 90-day Phase-In period, a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month options periods (the last option will contain a 60-day Phase-Out period included in the 12-month performance period). No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. The entire solicitation package will be obtainable via TAC's Home Page at www.tac.eustis.army.mil on or about 01 June 2001. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to the TAC website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. A site visit will be scheduled and conducted in accordance with the solicitation.
