Description

This acquisition is for the procurement of Packaging/Containerization and Local Drayage of Person Property. Services are to be performed in accordance with "Personal PropertyTraffic Regulation (PPTMR),Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) DOD 5400.9R (AUG 99) and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in the solicitation package. Delivery point(s) are divided into Area (s) I, II, and III. Contract performance shall be for a base a period of five years. This solicitation shall be issued utilizing Full and Open Competitive procedures. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. See Numbered Note 26.
