- An irrigation pond and fixtures are required at the USDA, ARS, Wellington Farm Site near Wellington, Colorado. Work includes providing irrigation storage pond excavation, embankment, compaction, pipe bedding, surveying, sediment basin of soil, and setting of governmental-furnished (GF) pipe, GF line gate, GF cutoffs, GF control structure, and GF valves. The Government estimates the cost between $25,000 and $75,000.
