Description

THIS MODIFICATION OF A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE TO THE CBD IS CANCELED. ITEMS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED. Replace the existing Quick-Fill adapter from the Mine Safety Appliance (MSA) Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) for a new SCBA. The Mask Mounted Regulator SCBA includes: Vulcan Carrier and Harness with Lumbar Pad, UltraElite Facepiece with nosecup and spped-on headnet, ICM 2000 with Thermal sensor and redundant low air alarm (ICM 2000 = Integrated Computer Module, this is a Personal Alert Safety System (PASS) device, required by AR 420-90), Quickfill Shoulder mounted adapter, Electronic Speech Projection (ESP) Device, ESP Adapter for Amplifier, Storage Case, Installation and Training at Yakima Training Center Fire Department, Yakima, Washington. The proposed procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns.
