Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), WESTHEM Computer Technology, Multi-Side Contracts and Midwest Area Commands Branch (DTS42)) intends to issue a sole source contract to Open Text Corporation, 185 Columbia Street West, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada N2L 5Z5. This acquisition is for Livelink Maintenance and upgrades for period 5/1/01 thru 4/30/02 at DCTF Slidell, LA. The software is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. The software products are Livelink Users, M-Adduser OT00012177; Livelink Server M-LL1OT00012177; Livelink SDK M-LSDK OT00012177; and Livelink Spider M-SPDR OT00012177. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Datafax requests To 618-229-9592 are acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a request for Quotation/Proposal. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the award of the contract. Oral communications are not acceptable.
