Description

The National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Quote for a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Geoweb Panels. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract, minimum guaranteed quantity is a total of 205 panels (depending on approved panel size) per year. Maximum quantity is 1230 panels (depending on approved panel size) per year. This is a Commercial Item Acquisition, FAR Part 12 applies. Contractor will be required to provide Geoweb panels and Geotextiles. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Copies of this solicitation are available at the office address above or by faxing 941-695-3007 or e-mailing randy_effert@nps.gov. Solicitation will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in the CBD. Requests should include the company name, address and solicitation number. It is not anticipated that multiple awards will be made from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which, if timely received, will be considered. This is a 100% Set-aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS is 339999 and the size standard is 750 employees. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
