Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotations #2QR4-074-01. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. Set aside for small business -- NAICS: 339950 -- Size Standard 500 persons. The project consists of furnishing all labor and materials to design, supply, and furnish embedded fiberglass interpretive panels and paper copies for the Boise National Forest. Line Items as follows: 1. Bear Valley and Snowmobile Smarts Panels, furnish a total of 35 paper copies and 8 exhibit quality fiberglass panels; 2. Kirkham Ridge Trail and OHV Safety and Ethics Panels, furnish a total of 20 paper copies and 8 exhibit quality fiberglass panels; 3. Whoop-Um-Up panel, furnish 10 paper copies and 3 exhibit quality fiberglass panels; 4. Modify Recreate with Respect panel, furnish 20 paper copies and 3 exhibit quality fiberglass panels. Contract time est. start date July 1, 2001 with 180 calendar days for completion. The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Item; 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item (paragraph (a) the evaluation criteria will be delivery date and price); 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Item; 52.212.4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Item; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Item.
