- Architect/Engineer Design Services 2001 NAICS Code: 541330 Size Standard: $4.0 million. TWO CONTRACTS ARE ANTICIPATED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION. Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts to provide Engineering services related to the design of roads and bridges, Transportation Planning, Right of Way and Landscape Architecture with a majority of the work occurring in the states of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. Services may be required at other locations within Federal Lands Highway Division nationwide. Project sites will generally be in National Parks and in or near National Forests on either public lands or on public route corridors with abutting private land. Projects typically range from 3 to 17 kilometers in length. ONLY FIRMS MEETING THE FOLLOWING PREREQUISITE will be considered and further evaluated for possible selection: 3 years progressive highway design experience utilizing GEOPAK software with Microstation platform. Contractors shall be capable of performing in all states. Contract will be for 60 months. The contract has a guarantee minimum of $10,000. Total services shall not exceed $5,000,000 for the life of the contract. THIS ACTION IS BEING CONSIDERED FOR A TOTAL HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. Architect/Engineering firms who are HUBZone small businesses and who intend to submit an offer for this solicitation, MUST submit by either e-mail to ae-info@wfl.fha.dot.gov or by FAX to A/E Contracts Section 360-696-7932 the following for receipt by 4 p.m. local time on May 31, 2001. (a) a positive statement of your intention to submit an offer for this solicitation as a Prime Contractor; (b) date of HUBZone small business certification; and (c) listing of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and points of contact with their phone numbers. All of the above must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on availability of interested HUBZone concerns. Failure to submit all information requested will result in a contractor being considered "not interested" in this solicitation. A decision on whether this will be pursued as a HUBZone small business set-aside or on an unrestricted basis will be posted as a modification in the Commerce Business Daily including CBDNet. The following applies only to Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs): The Department of Transportation (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers lines of credit to finance accounts receivable.
