- The Government will retain in house the Hazardous Material Operations Function for the Southeast Region. The decision to retain the function in house is the result of a competitive study conducted in accordance with cost comparison procedures of Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76. The solicitation for the services is hereby cancelled in its entirety.
