Description

Notice of Intent to negotiate and award a sole-source Cost Plus Award Fee Contract to EDSI, Yorba Linda, CA to Operate and Maintain two Government-Owned Direct Service/General Service Maintenance Facilities for the period of 1 Aug 2001 through 30 September 2001. The facilities are located at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA and Neville Island, PA. The authority for Other Than Full and Open Competition is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This notice is not a request for proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
