The Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration, Sierra-Nevada Regional Office intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Digital Lightwave, 15550 Lightwave Drive, Clearwater, FL 33760; (727) 442-6677 for Test Sets -- ASA 312 Network Information Computer (P/N ASA-OC3PKG-GS), complete with OC-3 -- DSO testing capabilities. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes.
