Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Dimensions International, Inc., Alexandria, VA, for revision of the AH-1W Aircrew Procedures Trainer (APT) Device 2F170 Technical Documentation. These support services include review, organize, coordinate, update, and control of all program activities for the complete revision of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS), Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS), Training Device Inventory Record (TDIR), and the development of the Training Equipment Change Directive (TECD) in support of device 2F170. A firm fixed-priced type contract is anticipated with a 6 month period of performance. This synopsis is to provide notice of our intent to award this effort on a sole source basis to Dimensions International, Inc.; therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement.
