Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform all work to renovate six dorm rooms at the National Mine Health and Safety Academy, Beaver, WV to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). All work to be done in accordance with scope of work, specifications, and drawings and consists of , but not limited to: partial demolition of walls, concrete floor, ceramic tile, bath and plumbing fixtures, cabinets, counters, HVAC and electrical devices. Requires ADA standards be met for equipping rooms with audible and visual fire signals. Glass door entrance shall be eqiipped with an ADA auotmatic opener. All work shall be aesthetic to the surrounding structures and compatible with existing equipment. Contractor will furnish all materials for this job. There will be a mandatory site visit on or about June 12, 2001. Bid, performance, and payment bonds are required. Solicitation J4R12013 to be issued on or about May 30, 2001 with bid opening on or about June 28, 2001.
