Description

The objective of this PRET research initiative is to further explore and develop many of the basic and applied sciences that form the basis for space situational awareness and other related technologies that will ultimately support AF mission areas. The primary focus of this initiative is research associated with the characterization of space objects from ground-based sensors. In addition, it is envisioned that the PRET will improve both the quantity and quality of the research conducted at AMOS by the indigenous military, civilian and contractor personnel, as well as extend the professional recognition of the same.
