Description

This is a pre-solicitation conference notice. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) has a requirement for software maintenance support services (maintenance) to replace several existing support contracts with an annual expenditure rate of approximately $13 Million annually and approximately 60 man years. Competition will be restricted to 8(a) certified companies in the transitional phase of the 8(a) Program and with a bona fide place of business within the Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD and Richmond, VA Small Business Administration District Office areas. A cost plus award fee type contract with one base year and four option years is contemplated. Applicable SIC is 7379 (NAICS 541519). A draft request for proposal (RFP), BATF-01-04 Draft, may be viewed at www.atf.treas.gov. Written comments regarding this draft RFP are welcome. A pre-solicitation conference will be held on May 24 at 9:30 A.M. at the Renaissance Hotel located at 800 K Street, NW. All interested offerors are encouraged to attend. Registration is required at least three days prior to the date of the conference, via e-mail at cssegall@atfhq.atf.treas.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Due to space constraints interested offeror are requested to limit attendees to two.
